United wins on the final ball to guarantee a postseason berth.

Usman Khan amassed an undefeated fifty-ball hundred, but it was all in naught as Islamabad United defeated Multan Sultans in the final over in a high-scoring match at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium to guarantee their spot in the playoffs.
